This treatment centre has been providing high quality, effective Residential Addiction Treatment since 1988. For those people who are still drinking and or using drugs our DetoxPLUS Programme provides a medically supervised (24 hours a day by qualified nurses) detoxification with a period of stabilisation. Once the person has completed detoxification (where necessary) the centre offers on-going primary and secondary rehabilitation programmes of varying lengths. The Rehab Centres are set in three lovely large spacious houses close to a town centre and leisure and support facilities that our clients require. A modified 12-Step model alongside the Beyond Addiction Concept of Recovery is used in treatment. Where possible family members and significant others are encouraged to participate in the treatment process at all stages. Our 2004 outcome studies show that 71% of those who completed Secondary Treatment were found to remain abstinent from mood and mind altering substances.
